We are a specialist recruitment agency based in Coventry, and we’re looking for a driven individual to join our team. This role offers a mix of candidate resourcing and client account management, ensuring we continue to deliver top talent to our valued clients.

The Role:
• Sourcing and screening candidates for engineering and manufacturing roles
• Managing client accounts and building strong relationships
• Coordinating interviews and job offers
• Developing new business opportunities
• Providing exceptional service to both clients and candidates

What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in recruitment, ideally in engineering or manufacturing
• Strong candidate sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job boards, networking)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Ambition, resilience, and a drive to succeed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
