Duties:

* Monitor vehicles and ensure they are moved safely

* Coordinate order shipments, prepare documentation, and track deliveries.

* Answer incoming calls

* Check incoming transporter POD’s

* Ensure customer portals are up to date

* Book in delivery requests

Skills & Qualifications:

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

* Excellent communication skills for dealing with suppliers and internal teams.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software (e.g., ERP systems).

* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve logistics-related issues.
