Line Leader Needed

City Resource is currently looking for Line Leaders ready to start immediately for our client based in Whittlesey.

The shift pattern we have available are 06:00AM-14:00PM or 14:00PM-22:00PM and your shifts are ANY 5 out of 7. Flexibility is a MUST as you can be rotated any day.

As a head of the team, your job will include:

· Providing support to team members.

· Creating a positive work environment.

· Identifying training needs.

· Overseeing the team’s day-to-day performance.

· Providing instructions and guidance.

· Making sure blockages/breakages are dealt with effectively and promptly.

· Assuring procedures are followed correctly.

· Making sure targets and meet and orders are out on time
