Job Title: Foster Carer

Location: West Midlands – Up to 1 hours travel time from B60 1AF
Salary: Up to £43,800 per year (varies by region and child needs)
Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Do:

* Provide a stable, caring environment for children and young people who cannot live with their birth families.

* Offer emotional support, guidance, and encouragement to help children develop and thrive.

* Work alongside social workers, schools, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for the child in your care.

* Attend training sessions and support groups to enhance your fostering skills and knowledge.

Who We’re Looking For:

* Caring and patient individuals or couples who can provide a safe, stable home.

* You don’t need to own your own home; you can rent or be a homeowner.

* Experience with children is helpful, but not required — we provide full training.

* Must be over 21 years of age and have a spare bedroom.

* Ability to work with professionals, handle challenges, and advocate for the child’s needs.

* You must hold a full UK driving Licence and have access to your own car
