We’re on the lookout for someone to join an established, family ran, shopfitting company, supporting a variety of fit-out projects for both independent businesses and national brands. You’ll be right at the heart of the action, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll join a small but supportive team, working closely with the Project Manager and other office staff who are always on hand to help. While the role is largely office-based, you’ll also get a variety of visiting clients and sites around once per week, giving you a real insight into how projects come to life. Duties include: 

Handling administration and documentation for multiple projects
Communicating with clients, suppliers, and contractors by email and phone
Scheduling and logistics, including booking site teams, materials, and equipment
Assisting with health & safety paperwork and compliance documentation
Organising meetings, taking minutes, and tracking project progress  What We’re Looking For: 

Experience within a similar project co-ordination or office management role
Experience in construction, shopfitting or property maintenance would be a bonus
Strong work ethic along with a flexible approach to work
A valid driving licence is beneficial for occasional site visits  Other Information: 

Office-based with occasional travel to sites
Mon – Friday: 08:30 - 17:00
