£600 per day (Outside ir35)

Are you an experienced R&D Consultant with a track record of developing 'best in class' product solutions for engineering environments?

Do you have experience and knowledge of building bespoke product solutions with manufacturing/engineering?

Have you led change programmes linked to high growth?

Are you solutions led with an ability to implement positive strategic change?

What will the role involve?

Root and branch review of R&D to identify where improvements need to be made to support continued business growth,
Map out current R&D processes and capacity, SOP's, systems, and resources making recommendations on 'best in class' R&D department,
Advise board on short, medium, and long-term R&D Strategy,
Solutions led - provide ongoing advice and development of bespoke solutions for Ideal Skills and Experience

Experience within a £100m+ business is essential,
Significant experience in R&D Consultancy developing processes, people, and systems,
Bespoke Product Development experience essential,
