Your Role:

Work one-on-one with students who need extra support in managing their behavior.
Develop and implement behavior management plans that promote positive outcomes.
Supporting within the schools provision with groups of students
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the wider school community to support student development.About You:

You have a strong background in behavior management and a passion for helping students succeed.
Experience in a similar role or environment is essential.
