Responsibilities

Provide first and second-line technical support.

Manage Microsoft365 services.

MDM with Microsoft Intune.

Support and manage SharePoint sites.

Experience/Skills required:

Proven IT Support experience.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft365, Intune, Azure, and SharePoint.

Familiarity with Windows OS and Office apps.

Active Directory

Useful Skills to have:

Cloud-based endpoint management.

Network protocols and security.

ITIL framework knowledge.

Zendesk

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
