Hunter Professional is seeking experienced Warehouse Operatives with LLOP (Low-Level Order Picker) proficiency for our client in Park Farm, Wellingborough. The role involves working in a chilled environment, so candidates should be comfortable with cooler temperatures. A drug and alcohol test is required prior to starting
Pay Rate: £13.89 per hour (increases to £16.42 per hour after 40 hours)
Type: Ongoing, Sunday to Friday 14:00 to 22:00 with Saturday off and a day off in the week following a rota.
Order Picking: Utilize LLOP equipment to efficiently and accurately pick orders from the warehouse.Packing: Prepare items for shipment, ensuring that all products are packed securely to prevent damage.Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels through careful handling and reporting of stock discrepancies.Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and assist in general warehouse duties as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience operating LLOP equipment in a warehouse setting.Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Good physical fitness to handle the demands of the role, including lifting and moving products.Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.Strong communication skills.
