Role Overview:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment. You will be expected to take on various tasks, managing candidate and client relationships, all while adhering to daily targets and deadlines. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on challenges, has a strong work ethic, and is eager to grow within a rapidly evolving industry.
You will receive full training and support to help you transition into an established Recruitment Consultant role within six months, with further career growth opportunities in tech recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Source, identify, and engage with candidates for a range of roles in the tech sector.
* Build and manage relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
* Conduct interviews and assess candidates for suitability for roles.
* Use job boards, social media, and other platforms to advertise vacancies and attract top talent.
* Manage candidate applications and support the recruitment process from start to finish.
* Meet daily and weekly performance targets, including calls, submissions, and placements.
* Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your recruitment skills.
