Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Manual Cylindrical Grinder to join our precision engineering team. In this role, you will work with high-quality materials and equipment to produce components to exacting standards. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, experienced machinist with a strong background in manual cylindrical grinding.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate and maintain manual cylindrical grinding machines to produce precision components.

* Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure parts meet exact tolerances and finishes.

* Inspect and measure finished components using various precision tools to maintain high quality standards.

* Perform setup and adjustments of grinding machines, ensuring efficient operation and minimizing downtime.

* Ensure a safe working environment by following company health and safety protocols.

Requirements:

* Experience: Proven experience in manual cylindrical grinding, ideally in a manufacturing or precision engineering environment.

* Skills: Strong understanding of technical drawings, measurement tools, and grinding techniques.

* Attention to Detail: Ability to work with fine tolerances and deliver components to high-quality standards.

* Reliability: Punctual and dependable, with a commitment to maintaining production schedules.
