VNA Recruitment are currently searching for a First Response Officer for our client based in Enfield. The main responsibilities of this role are:

* Working flexibly to deliver high quality of services provided in respect of First Response Management service

* Maintaining a clear understanding of the objectives, development and direction of the service area to meet changing needs

* Contributing to the development of a customer focused culture within the service

* Providing tenancy management service, supporting residents to comply with their tenancy, ensuring support plans are met

* Managing complex casework including safeguarding, domestic abuse, mental health, support for the elderly etc.

* Providing property management function ensuring that all health and safety, residents' safety, testing and regular inspections are undertaken
