Maintenance Engineer Supervisor

London (Various Sites) Up to £51’000 + Bonus,£650 per month car allowance, fuel card, phone, tablet, uniform etc

A large multinational company is looking Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. The position will be on the day shift 8am to 4:30pm for a reactive facilities management contracts working in the Healtcare sector on NHS Buildings

Supervisors will need to be experienced supervisors, ideally across mobile locations managing a remote team. Healthcare experience is preferred but not essential. You will need to be a qualified Electrical or Mechanical engineer, with multiskilled experience.

You will oversee a team of 3-4 engineers across a patch of 6 buildings, responsible for driving completion of all PPM and reactive tasks on time, accurate logbook recordkeeping, plant room housekeeping and general ownership and accountability. They will participate in an on-call rota, for escalation only.

You will be expected to be present and visible across their buildings, and first point of contact for client queries relating to technical or engineering related tasks.
