Position Overview:
As a Mobile Heavy Plant Fitter, you'll play a key role in maintaining and repairing heavy machinery used on large-scale civil engineering projects. Based in the Berkshire area, you'll handle a range of tasks from diagnostics and routine maintenance to emergency repairs, ensuring our equipment stays safe and operational.

What We Offer:

Competitive Salary: £45,000 basic per annum
Flexible Overtime: Saturdays available for overtime upon request
Company Vehicle: Fully equipped van provided, including fuel card
Stable Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm with the potential for extra income through Saturday workKey Responsibilities:

Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of heavy plant equipment
Performing scheduled preventative maintenance as well as emergency breakdown repairs
Accurately completing job sheets and ensuring all work meets safety standards
Providing on-site assistance to the civil engineering team as neededRequirements:

Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Heavy Plant Fitter
Proven skills in troubleshooting and repairing heavy plant equipment
Strong commitment to health and safety practices
Full UK driving license
