Job Title: Maintenance Plumber
Location: Doncaster
Salary: Circa £35,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday

We are recruiting for a Maintenance Plumber to join a large Facilities Management company, providing essential plumbing services across Doncaster. Key Responsibilities:

* Perform planned and reactive maintenance for plumbing systems across various sites in Doncaster.

* Carry out repairs, installations, and maintenance on a variety of plumbing equipment and systems, ensuring high standards of workmanship.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and relevant plumbing codes.

* Respond to emergency maintenance requests efficiently and professionally.

* Liaise with site management to ensure maintenance issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner.

* Maintain accurate records of all work carried out and report any issues to the Facilities Manager.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Plumber, ideally with a background in maintenance within a facilities management environment.

* Relevant plumbing qualifications (NVQ or equivalent).

* Good understanding of plumbing systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.

* Ability to work on own initiative and manage time effectively.

* Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

* Full UK driving license (as travel between sites may be required within Doncaster).
