BDS are recruiting for an Asset Surveyor based primarily in Leeds but will be covering the Wakefield, Kirklees and North Yorkshire areas.

You will be responsible for managing and delivering housing surveys in line with HHSRS regulations along with specifying repairs and managing their completion.

Using your strong Administration and IT Skills you will be raising work orders and maintaining accurate records using the bespoke software system.

Duties will include but not be limited to :

* Identify and manage repairs resulting from your HHSRS Surveys

* Using NAT Fed SOR codes to specify and manage repairs.

* Liase with Contractors and Tenants to ensure high levels of customer service

* Undertake up to 8 Pre and Post inspections on a daily basis

* Proactively manage and prioritise your workload

The candidate :

* Extensive experience with HHSRS surveys

* Strong working knowledge of NAT Fed SOR codes

* Excellent Admin and IT Skills

* Experience of Team Management

* HNC/D Building or Construction qualification

* Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle

Working hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 or 08:00 - 16:00
