City Site Solutions are looking for a dedicated and reliable Traffic Marshall/Gateman to start on a long-term basis for a major project in central Oxford, Oxfordshire.

As a key member of the site team, you will ensure the safety of all site traffic and the efficient movement of vehicles in and around the site.

Responsibilities include:

* Direct and control traffic flow around the site to ensure safety for pedestrians and vehicles.

* Manage the main site gate, maintaining security and logging all entries and exits.

* Ensure that all deliveries and visitors are signed in and directed to the appropriate area.

* Communicate clearly with drivers and site operatives to minimize congestion and ensure safe access.

* Conduct safety checks and maintain clear signage in accordance with health and safety regulations.

* Provide support to site management with other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

* Traffic Marshall training and certification is required

* Previous experience in a similar role is an essential

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

* Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards
