Production Operative

Monday – Friday

My client, a leading manufacturer in their field, is looking for an enthusiastic Production Operative to join their team. We are looking for someone that has previous experience working within an industrial environment and has a positive can-do attitude!

As a Production Operative, you will be:

Operating the production line equipment and machinery in accordance with safety procedures.

Assembling, packaging, and labelling products following quality control guidelines.

Performing routine maintenance checks and reporting any machinery issues to supervisors.

Working collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets.

Following health and safety standards to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Operating manual handling equipment when necessary.

Ensuring all products meet required quality standards.

Carrying out Any other duties required.

The successful candidate will have/be:

Previous experience in an industrial environment, working as a Production Operative, Machine Operator, or similar position.

Physically fit due to the nature of the role – must be able to lift up to 20kg in weight.

The ability to follow instructions and work efficiently to meet production targets.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
