Location: The Court House, 1 London Rd, BR1 1RA
Working Hours: 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Rate of Pay: £11.75 per hour

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced DBS-checked cleaner to join our team at The Court House on London Road. This is a temporary position starting on 27th September 2024, requiring the successful candidate to work morning shifts. The role involves ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the premises, using the company's systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with colleagues and contractors to complete cleaning tasks.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in all working areas.
Report any maintenance issues to the Supervisor/Manager.
Handle pressure, solve problems, and use initiative when necessary.
Follow company systems and processes, and comply with Health, Safety, Environmental, and COSHH regulations.
Follow site rules and maintain a smart appearance, wearing the uniform and PPE provided.
Clean public and private toilets, ensuring they are tidy and fully stocked.
Ensure hard and soft flooring is cleaned to a high standard.
Clean windows, doors, surfaces, and kickboards, ensuring they are free of smears and dirt.
Maintain the cleanliness of lifts and stairways.
Remove rubbish and ensure the premises are neat and tidy.
Respond to customer requests in a polite and professional manner to exceed expectations.
Follow instructions for equipment maintenance, cleaning, and storage.Requirements:

Must have prior cleaning experience (applications without cleaning experience will not be considered).
A valid DBS check.
Ability to work under pressure and meet high standards.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work early morning shifts.
Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
Adherence to Health and Safety regulations.How to Apply:
