Our client based in Halifax who are a leader in their industry, is expanding and looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team. If you're eager to be part of a fun, close-knit team that takes pride in delivering an excellent service, we would love to hear from you.

Salary £25,000.

Your role-

Respond to incoming calls and emails in a timely manner.
Processing of orders.
Deal with a variety of customer and supplier queries.
Monitor stock levels of products.
Provide customers with ETA on deliveries.
Provide bespoke quotations.
Ensure all orders are input accurately onto the system.
Identify errors relating to pricing.
Investigate duplicate orders/discrepancies.
Support the wider sales team with any adhoc Admin support.The ideal candidate-

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Knowledge of systems such as SAP.
Attention to detail.
Time management.
