Role Overview: This position focuses on supporting the customer income recovery processes for a fast-growing company involved in renewable energy and sustainable technology within the construction sector. You will work closely with Contract Management and Customer Service teams to manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate billing and reducing customer debt levels.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow within the organization as it continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform customer account reconciliations to ensure accurate billing.

* Analyze billing and debt data to identify trends and create strategies for income recovery.

* Make outbound calls to customers to collect payments and resolve outstanding balances.

* Review and update customer contact details to enhance communication efforts.

* Manage communications with customers at risk of supply suspension.

* Handle revenue recovery from customers moving out of properties.

* Support the operational phases of project delivery, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.

Skills and Qualifications:

* Experience managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and attention to detail.

* Proficient in IT systems, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and email.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in customer-facing roles.

* Ability to work well in a team, while also taking initiative and ownership of tasks.

* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle various clients and contracts simultaneously.

* Willingness to think creatively, innovate, and suggest new solutions.

* Willingness to travel within the UK if required.

Additional Information:

* Salary: £22,000 to £24,000 per annum, depending on experience.

* Discretionary bonus based on individual and business performance.
