Senior Care Assistant - Nights

Salary: £14.09 per hour

Hours: Full Time - 7pm-7am (3 shifts one week, 4 shifts the next, including alternate weekends)

Location: Market Harborough, LE16

Role Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care, ensuring residents’ dignity and independence

Lead shifts, manage medications, and maintain documentation

Support and supervise the care team. 

Requirements:

Relevant qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3)

2+ years’ experience in a care role

Knowledge of person-centred care and safeguarding principles

Preferred: Experience in dementia care and team management
