Senior Technical Designer

Commercial Interiors experience is essential

London Office Based with Site Visits

Base salary up to 75k + 10% bonus

AutoCAD based – 2D drawing pack with 3D and rendering experience

Internal and external stakeholder engagement, full detail design coordination

Site attendance including surveys

Detailed construction & regulations knowledge

Preferably D&B experience, working multiple projects simultaneously. Initially working on a £6m Cat B fit-out which may include BREEAM accreditation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £75,000.00 per year
