Job Title: Electrical Estimator
Location: Northampton

We are a dynamic M&E Contractor based in Northampton, specializing in commercial, industrial, and education sectors, and we're looking for an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our growing team. If you have a passion for estimating and a track record of working on projects up to £5m, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare accurate estimates for electrical projects in commercial, industrial, and educational sectors.

* Review and interpret specifications, drawings, and tender documents.

* Price materials, labor, and equipment for projects up to £2m.

* Work closely with the project management and procurement teams to ensure accurate project costing.

* Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

* Assist in the preparation of tender submissions, ensuring all deadlines are met.

Key Requirements:

* Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator within the M&E industry.

* Strong knowledge of electrical systems and estimating processes for commercial, industrial, and education sectors.

* Ability to work on projects up to £2m in value.

* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

* Familiarity with estimating software and MS Office.
