Responsibilities

* Oversee the design, implementation, and optimisation of wastewater treatment processes across multiple projects.

* Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring process efficiency and compliance with industry standards.

* Conduct process audits, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to achieve operational excellence.

* Develop and review process design documents, specifications, and operational manuals.

* Work closely with engineering, project management, and site teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

* Drive innovation by identifying and implementing new technologies or process improvements.

* Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure their requirements are met effectively.

* Monitor project performance, budgets, and timelines, ensuring successful outcomes.

* Mentor and support junior staff, fostering professional growth and development.

* Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Requirements

* Proven experience in process management within the wastewater industry.

* In-depth knowledge of wastewater treatment technologies and operations.

* Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and innovative mindset.

* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in client and stakeholder engagement.

* Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

* Proficiency in relevant process modelling and simulation software (preferred).

* A valid UK driving licence (full and clean).

What This is Offering

* Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (flexible for the right candidate).

* Car allowance: £5,500 per annum.
