Position Details:

* Role: SEN Teaching Assistant

* Location: Primary School, Tower Hamlets

* Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm (Term time only)

Who We're Looking For: The ideal candidate will have experience working with children who have mild to moderate Autism (including non-verbal), Learning Difficulties, and ADHD. Whether you're seeking to kickstart your career in education or looking for a fresh start, this role offers immense career opportunities.

Daily Duties:

* Support children with SEN in a Primary School setting, focusing on those with Autism, Learning Difficulties, and ADHD.

* Assist teachers in implementing educational plans and strategies tailored to each child's needs.

* Provide one-on-one or small group support to facilitate learning and personal development.

* Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that nurtures children’s growth.

* Monitor and track the progress of children with SEN, providing feedback to educators and parents.

* Collaborate with specialists (e.g., speech therapists, occupational therapists) to support children’s individual needs.

* Engage children in activities that promote their interests and social skills.

* Maintain clear and accurate records of children’s progress and challenges.
