Salary: £50,000 + Package
Working Hours: Monday - Friday

*This is not an IT Helpdesk role, this position is within Facilities Management*

We are a leading company in Facilities Management, and we're on the lookout for a dynamic Helpdesk & Systems Manager to join our team at our Soho office. You’ll be at the core of our operations, ensuring smooth and efficient coordination between the helpdesk and the on-site teams.

The Role:
As the Helpdesk & Systems Manager, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day activities of our helpdesk, supporting the operational teams, and driving the completion of work orders across the property portfolio. This role requires a strong background in Facilities Management and expertise with CAFM systems (Computer-Aided Facilities Management). You’ll be responsible for:

* Overseeing the scheduling and allocation of work orders.

* Managing the helpdesk team and processes to ensure timely and efficient response to service requests.

* Ensuring that all on-site teams are aligned and supported to complete tasks to the highest standard.

* Monitoring the performance of helpdesk operations, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions.

* Acting as the key point of contact between clients, on-site teams, and management.

* Reporting on KPIs, SLAs, and operational performance metrics.

Key Requirements:

* Proven experience in a Helpdesk/Systems Manager role within Facilities Management or Property Maintenance.

* Strong working knowledge of CAFM systems.

* Experience in scheduling, coordinating teams, and managing work order processes.

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

* Ability to lead and develop helpdesk staff, driving high performance.
