We are currently looking for an exceptional leader to work with an outstanding charity as a Residential Manager (not registered) for a provision in Cheltenham for young adults and young people with complex disabilities

To be successful in this role you will;

Have experience working within residential care
Have experience working with adults/ young people with learning / physical disabilities
Hold a minimum of a Level 5 diploma (or equivalent)
Be confident in providing leadership to the staff team
Be dedicated to providing outstanding care
