Are you a recent graduate with a passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact in a secondary school environment? Our vibrant, inclusive mainstream secondary school in Greenwich is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our team immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the delivery of lessons across a range of subjects, working with small groups and on a one-to-one basis with students.
Assist teachers with classroom management and create an engaging, supportive learning environment.
Provide additional support for students with learning difficulties or special educational needs (SEN).
Help prepare teaching resources, displays, and other classroom materials.
Contribute to the development of individual student progress and welfare.
Provide feedback to teachers on student performance and behaviour.Requirements:

A degree in any subject (Essential).
Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is preferred but not essential.
Excellent communication skills and a positive, patient approach to working with young people.
Enthusiasm for education and the development of young minds.
