Clinical Deputy Manager
Salary: £48,000 - £55,000 per annum D.E.O + Performance Related Bonus
Location: North London
Hours: Full time
HCR is proud to partner with a reputable, family-led nursing home provider that has been delivering outstanding care for over 30 years. With a strong presence in the local community, they are seeking an ambitious Clinical Deputy Manager who is eager to grow and progress in their career.
Clinical Deputy Manager Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
* Lead, mentor, and inspire staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and professional development.
* Develop and regularly review personalised care plans.
* Administer medications and maintain accurate records.
* Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
* Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
* Assess resident needs and adjust care plans accordingly.
* Address incidents and complaints promptly to maintain high standards of care.

Clinical Deputy Manager Requirements:
* MUST have a Level 5 in leadership and management or RMA equivalent
* Minimum 3 years of senior experience in a nursing home setting (essential).
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
* Experience in medication administration and knowledge of healthcare regulations (desirable).
* Familiarity with LA uplifts, CHC funding, and palliative care funding (desirable).
