Sales and Proposal Administrator/ Watton/ - salary £22,000 -£25,000/annum

This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to join a dedicated Sales Team. Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the first point of contact for the team, providing full support during team travel and maternity leave cover.

* Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's Standard Product portfolio.

* Maintain and update the CRM database (Microsoft Dynamics AX).

* Handle sales enquiries by phone and email, verifying client details and gathering necessary information.

* Prepare and issue standard product quotations.

* Learn to utilise internal proposal software for costing special designs and conducting heating calculations.

* Follow up on quotation statuses with customers and provide necessary reports.

* Prepare and send documentation or certification requirements to clients.

* Ensure quotations align with customer requirements and comply with company and regulatory standards.

* Perform stock code creation and updates.

* Provide general administrative support to the Sales Team, including holiday cover for order processing.

* Issue monthly reports to the Sales Team.

* Potential to support the Immersion Heater Team as part of career progression.

What We’re Looking For:

* A friendly, organised, and helpful individual with excellent communication and analytical skills.

* Proficiency in IT systems, with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* Reliable and trustworthy, with a strong team-oriented approach.

* A minimum of 4 GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.

* A full driving licence is essential, and foreign language skills are advantageous.
