We are working with a leading Installer of Windows & Doors who pride themselves on delivering top-quality fenestration installation services across the country.

With a strong commitment to craftsmanship, customer satisfaction, and teamwork, we’re looking for a dedicated Window and Door Installation Manager to lead their installation team’s and ensure every project is executed compliantly and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the installation of windows and doors across residential and commercial projects

* Manage and coordinate installation teams, ensuring quality, safety, and timeliness

* Inspect and review project plans to ensure proper installation standards are met

* Conduct quality control checks to guarantee all work is completed to company and client standards

* Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues on-site

* Collaborate with project managers, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery

* Train and mentor installation team members on best practices and safety protocols

* Manage inventory of materials and tools for each project

Requirements:

* Proven experience in window and door installation (management experience essential)

* Strong leadership and team management skills

* Knowledge of installation techniques, tools, and safety protocols

* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

* Strong communication skills for working with clients, contractors, and internal teams

* Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
