An exciting position has arisen for a Health and Safety Manager to join a growing property management orgsanisation.

Working with the Head of Health, Safety & Facilities and the established team, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's journey in creating a best in class health and safety service for its existing and expanding property portfolio it is responsible for.

The successful Health and Safety Manager will:

Have a proven track record of delivering health and safety within organisations with a property focus such as: retail, leisure, real estate, construction or social housing to name a few.

*

Hold a NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent as a minimum

*

Have a solutions focus approach and be able to influence key stakeholders at all levels

*

Be able to demonstrate experience in an operational health and safety role

*

Have a strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation and mandatory requirements.
