This opportunity enables you to build a domiciliary care service from the ground up, focusing on privately funded elderly clients in Huddersfield and the surrounding towns. £35,000-£42,000.

Registered Manager Responsibilities:
Lead and grow the service, meeting with Directors to establish a high-quality, private home care business.
Develop and implement a strategy to attract privately funded elderly clients in Huddersfield and surrounding areas.
Promote the highest standards of person-centred care.
Build strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
Proactively market the service within the local community and on social media to drive client enquiries.
Oversee client care packages, ensuring quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
Recruit a high-performing care team.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the Care Act and CQC’s Essential Standards.
Network and build relationships with local healthcare providers.
Registered Manager Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of experience as a Registered Manager in a domiciliary care setting.
Experience in attracting and managing private, self-funded clients is highly desirable.
Working towards or achieved an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle.
