Your new role
Looking for a Registered Manager/Deputy manager with Learning Disabilities experience. The home has capacity for a maximum of 8 residents, so this is a small service. Key responsibilities would be to support the management team in daily operations, ensure that the service meets all registration compliance requirements, and provide leadership and guidance to staff.

What you'll need to succeed

Proven track record of supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities as Deputy manager or Registered manager.
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or working towards it.
Flexible approach regarding hours and responsibilities.
UK Driving Licence.
Right to work in the UK
