Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Reeson Education is seeking a passionate and committed Primary Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the BL9 area of Bury. This full-time, long-term Primary Teacher position is to start as soon as possible and will focus on teaching a vibrant Year 5 class. For the right candidate, there is potential for a permanent opportunity.

About the Primary Teacher Role:

The Primary Teacher will lead a Year 5 class, delivering engaging, high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.

The Primary Teacher will be responsible for planning, assessing, and creating a positive learning environment that supports both academic and personal development.

The Primary Teacher will collaborate with teaching assistants and other staff to ensure individual needs are met.

The Primary Teacher will be an active contributor to the wider school community, participating in planning meetings, parent engagement, and school events.

The Ideal Primary Teacher Will:

Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and have recent experience teaching in UK primary schools.

Be confident in teaching upper Key Stage 2, particularly Year 5.

Be a Primary Teacher who is enthusiastic, well-organised, and reflective in their teaching practice.

Be committed to inclusive education and able to adapt lessons to suit a range of learning styles and abilities.

Have excellent classroom management and behaviour strategies.

Primary Teacher Requirements:

A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).

Two professional references covering the last three years.

The right to work in the UK.

A strong commitment to the role and a proactive, reliable approach.
