Our client, an innovative company in their field is currently looking for a Quality Engineering Lead to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

You will lead a talented team of engineers, work closely with cross-functional departments, and oversee all quality assurance processes, from product design to regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities

Leading and mentoring a team of Quality Engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Overseeing quality systems, ensuring compliance with medical device regulations
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product design, development, and manufacturing processes
Driving root cause analysis, corrective actions, and risk management strategies
Ensuring the execution of validation processes (IQ, OQ, PQ) and documentation management.
Requirements

Proven experience in quality engineering, ideally within the medical devices or healthcare sector
In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards
Strong leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to quality management.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
