As an Energy Assessor you will Perform SAP calculations and issue Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for residential projects.

The Person :

OCDEA Qualified
Experienced in SAP assessments, EPC production, and UK Building Regulations.
Based in Nottinghamshire/Lincolnshire
The Role:

Perform SAP calculations and issue Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for residential projects.
Advise on energy efficiency, carbon emissions, and sustainability to meet regulations.
Collaborate with clients, architects, and construction teams for energy assessments
