This is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting fine dining restaurant in Central London that has received fantastic reviews from guests and industry press.
The restaurant is a modern space catering for up to 50 guests on a busy service.
The menu features creative tasting menus reflecting various cultures and cuisines.

What's involved?
Our client is looking for a Restaurant General Manager who will lead the team in service as well as processing payroll and monitoring the financials.

Managing your time affectively you will ensure the Michelin level of service is delivered at all times.

This role is based over 4 days only

Michelin level experience is required for this role.
