My client is a global leader in the property / real estate market, they are seeking a International Sales Consultant to join the team in driving sales across both B2B and B2C markets. You’ll work with international teams, customers, and third-party agents to develop opportunities and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve and exceed sales targets while maximizing values.
Conduct face-to-face and virtual viewings and deliver sales briefings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and agents across multiple communication channels.
Plan, organize, and implement international sales and marketing events.
Ensure compliance with documentation and consumer code regulations.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize performance.
Research and identify new business opportunities internationally.Experience and Expertise: 

Sales Expertise: Proven experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets in international markets.
Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
Event Planning: Experience in organizing sales and marketing events.
Multilingual Skills: Proficiency in Arabic, Turkish, Mandarin, or Cantonese is advantageous.
Attention to Detail: Expertise in compliance, documentation, and delivering exceptional presentation standards.
Customer Focus: A track record of delivering outstanding customer experiences.
