We are recruiting Machine Operators to work a double-day shift joining a Steel Stockholder based in Dudley. You will be responsible for material handling, operating a press machine and palletising finished products. An ongoing temporary position, ideal if you are out of work currently.

As a Machine Operator you will -

Operate a press machine to accurately punch holes in steel tubes according to specifications
Perform material handling tasks, including loading and unloading materials for production.
Palletise finished products for storage ensuring proper handling and organisation
Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
Working in a team to meet production targets and deadlines
Operating an FLT to manoeuvre stock around the siteIdeally for this role you will -

Have prior experience working as a Machine Operator preferably in a steel processing environment
Experience operating a press, or handling steel tubes, bars etc
Have experience using an FLT and/or overhead crane (licences not required)
Be immediately available to start a new roleOn offer for this Machine Operator role -

Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm & 2pm - 10pm rotating (you must be able to work both of these shifts)
Hourly rate of £12.00p/h
