Estimator – Construction | Lincoln

Salary: Up to £60,000

I’m looking for an Estimator to join a well-established construction company based in Lincoln. This office-based role involves managing tenders for projects up to £10M across sectors such as housing, retail, education, and commercial.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing Traditional and Design & Build tenders.

*

Appraising tender documents and preparing subcontract and material enquiries.

*

Producing detailed bills of quantities and cost plans.

*

Managing risk and value assessments.

*

Conducting internal tender adjudications and client presentations.

Requirements:

*

Experience in construction estimating is essential.

*

Knowledge of new build and refurbishment projects.

*

Understanding of CDM 2015, modern construction methods, and contracts.

*

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Project, and Excel.

*

Ability to manage multiple contracts and meet deadlines.

*

Must live within 1 hour of Lincoln.
