Our client is a leading supplier and manufacturer of aggregates and building materials within the construction sector. To further enhance their team, we are seeking a talented and motivated Design Engineer to help bring cutting-edge designs to life.

Job Description:

As a Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing products and structures for a range of projects. You will collaborate with project managers, clients, and production teams to ensure that all designs meet structural and aesthetic requirements while adhering to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and develop products, components, and systems.

* Perform detailed analysis and calculations to ensure structural integrity and compliance with engineering standards.

* Create detailed CAD drawings, 3D models, and technical documentation.

* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to refine designs and meet project specifications.

* Evaluate material specifications, production methods, and site conditions to optimize designs for cost and performance.

* Provide technical support and guidance to the manufacturing team during production and installation.

* Conduct inspections and site visits to ensure that designs are implemented correctly and safely.

* Stay updated with industry regulations, materials science, and advancements in structural concrete technology.

Skills and Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Or time proven experience in the field.

* Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and structural analysis tools.

* Understanding of reinforced concrete design principles, including precast, prestressed, and cast-in-place structures.

* Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

* Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

* Experience working in a manufacturing environment or with construction sites.
