Premier Recruitment are working with an beautiful Nursery based in Reading, RG10 and RG7 area and they are looking for a unqualified or qualified Nursery assistant (level 2 Childcare or above) to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone keen to develop a career into Early years and has some nursery experience ideally. The Nursery have around 40 children in the setting and they are currently shortlisting candidates from Premier Recruitment for interviews as they need someone immediately.

Role available: Qualified or Unqualified Nursery assistant

Salary: £25,396 - £26,000

Hours: 40 hours, 07:45 - 18:15, hour break, x 4 days per week

Job duties:

- Support the Room leader with the planning of learning based activities.

- Ensure Children are supervised at all times with the correct ratios.

- Ensure the correct Safeguarding procedures are adhered to at all times

- Be comfortable to liase with parents to ensure the best level of learning and feedback for continued progress for the children.
