Role - Health and Safety Manager
Location- Stratford upon Avon
Salary- £55k + discretionary bonus
Your role as a Health and Safety and Environment Manager:
We are seeking a H&S Manager for a manufacturing company in Stratford upon Avon. This is a stand alone role where you will have the opportunity to really make a difference and influence the wider business.
The company are a food manufacturer so candidates with manufacturing experience would be very well received.
Your duties and responsibilities as a EHS Manager:

Continuous improvement of H&S policies and procedures for a manufacturing organisation
Audits of teams
Site inspections and risk assessments
Work closely with engineers to ensure compliance with standards and regulations
Implement & Maintain ISO 14 001 & ISO 45001
Build relationships with each team to influence and implement H&S awarenessTo be successful in your role, you should have the following skills and experience:

H&S experience within manufacturing
NEBOSH
