As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimising production lines. You will work in a dynamic and supportive team, alternating between days and nights, ensuring operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

Preventative Maintenance: Carrying out routine servicing to prevent machinery breakdowns.

Reactive Repairs: Rapidly diagnosing faults and implementing effective repairs.

Supporting process improvements and machinery upgrades.

Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Collaborating with team members to drive efficiency and innovation.

Requirements:

Strong experience in electrical engineering with a multi-skilled approach.

Relevant engineering qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent).

A hands-on, problem-solving mindset.

Willingness to work a rotating shift pattern.
