Are you looking for a varied role with an established company? We are a family run business with 30+ years providing high quality dust extraction in several sectors. We service, install, and maintain the systems across the UK. This Installation Assistant will be responsible for supporting an Installation Engineer with the installations of these systems:

* Installing equipment: Installing dust extraction equipment and containment booths

* Commissioning systems: Commissioning systems and handing them over to customers

* Maintenance: Performing planned and reactive maintenance, diagnosing faults, and making repairs on site

* Customer handover: Handing over systems to customers

Responsibilities:

* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

* Completes reports by entering required information

* Maintains quality service by following organisation standards

* Maintaining a safe work environment

* Assist lead installer

* Assist with special projects and tasks as needed.

Requirements:

* Possess and maintain current driver’s license, good driving record, and operate company vehicle in safe manner

* Installation experience preferred but not required

* Compensation based on experience

* Strong communication skills

* Strong personal organization skills

* Be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule. Willingness to work longer hours, and work away, as our installation projects dictate

* Enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed

* Have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability

* Maintain a friendly and customer service-oriented approach to co-workers and customers
