Plumber - Pipe fitting, installations, 1st & 2nd fix
Construction - Residential new build
A great opportunity to start a temporary role in Looe Cornwall. You will be working for a busy principle contractor with sites all around Cornwall. They are building bespoke luxury homes up to 2M that have won design awards. You will play a key role in the finishing stages of the project and support the M&E subcontractors on site. The role is ongoing, well into next year.
There will most likely be an opportunity for overtime and weekend work at certain stages if you want.
Day to day:
Cutting, welding and assembling pipes, tubes, fittings, and fixtures
Troubleshooting and resolving problems
Connecting the appliances and fixtures to the pipework
1st & 2nd fix work
Assisting the existing M&E team
Cutting & measuring materials
Site safety, helping to maintain a safe working environment
Requirements:
Must have a CSCS or JIB card
NVQ level 2 or above
Good work ethic
PPE
Previous experience is essential
Driving licence is not essential but will be beneficial due to job location
Good timekeeping
