They are seeking an innovative R&D Engineer to drive cutting-edge projects from concept to completion—designing, prototyping, and optimising advanced electro-mechanical solutions for industrial applications.
The Role

Research and develop new automation and machinery technologies
Design precision-engineered components and electrical schematics using 2D & 3D CAD
Build and test automated manufacturing systems and prototypes
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
Collaborate with teams across R&D, production, sales, and service
Provide technical support and drive continuous improvement
Occasional global travel to oversee implementationsWhat We’re Looking For

Background in mechanical, electrical, or automation engineering
Experience with industrial machinery, automated systems, or process engineering
Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar) for detailed design
PLC programming knowledge (advantageous)
