Team Leader - Motor Claims (Southampton) - Leading Legal Services Provider

The Role

As a Team Leader, you will lead, inspire, and motivate a team to deliver outstanding service to clients while meeting business performance targets. You will oversee case management, provide technical supervision, and ensure compliance with best practices. Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team, ensuring high performance and employee satisfaction.
Oversee the technical supervision of cases, acting as the expert lead.
Drive operational and financial performance, including revenue targets.
Ensure compliance with SLAs, service delivery standards, and quality control.
Support client relationship activities, including tenders and events.
Lead on operational projects, including IT changes and training.
Conduct file reviews and audits to ensure effective case management.What We're Looking For

Strong litigation experience with expertise in handling a caseload of personal injury claims (OIC, Small Claims, MOJ, Fast Track, Intermediate Track, Multi Track up to £100,000).
Previous management or supervisory experience within a legal environment (preferred).
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team.
Strong IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft packages.
A client-focused approach with attention to detail and accuracy.
Qualified Solicitor or equivalent is advantageous but not essential.Why Apply?
